Rem doesn’t kill Light because Rem is in love with Misa which is why he keeps helping her(not sure if this is a spoiler or not, can’t remember if the episode that says Rem is in love with Misa comes before or after this) so if Rem killed Light he would be betraying the woman he(Rem) loves

Death Note Rocks, I’m so addicted to it. I’m glad Misa and Light got their memories back, Light was starting to annoy me when he didn’t have them.
K buds L probly isn’t dead or the show would be near its end and there’s still 12 episodes left. L was the only person who could contend with Light so now what 12 episodes of Light killing criminals? I think not something will happen.
That’s so sad that L died, the shoe part was a religious moment, L knew he was going to die/executed just like Jesus. I think it’s pretty sad and good relation.
There are parallels to the whole last supper thing though. Jesus washes Judas’ feet among others despite knowing he was going to be betrayed in the end by his friend, it’s basically drawing a parallel to that - although I admit for a second I clicked some sort of parallel yaoi universe link when L started doing the feet thing… It also explains the whole thing about L hinting towards funeral bells when he’s chillaxin’ in the rain.
That was an unspeakably gay scene right before… well, I won’t ruin it for those who can’t see it on this site.
I’m crying right now. He was my favorite, I think I’m going to give up on the series now. Or perhaps stay around to see Near or whoever avenge him. I probably gave it away despite trying not to. Oh well.

12.they both end being released L still suspects Light so he hand cuffs him together
13.they work together to catch the new kira
14.Rem tells Misa the memories by touching her with a piece of note
15.misa get higuachi to confess while she records

17. Light regains his Memories
